After 1 day of use, my engraver stopped working correctly, I am not sure what caused this but I wanted to get to the bottom of it and get my engraver working again. If this happens there are a couple of things you can do to resolve this. The first thing I would recommend is to use the buttons on top of the engraver and set the laser to go to the top left corner - once in place hold down the Play/Pause button for a few seconds and let go (make sure you have a piece of card in place to engrave on). This should act like a mini reset and could fix your problem. For me this did not work. I then decided to take the machine apart.
